Return Policy:
In the unlikely event that any service you have ordered from us is not delivered as agreed, is defective, or differs from what you ordered, you may request a correction or re-delivery on the same day the service was initially delivered. If you receive a damaged or incomplete service, you must inform us within 24 hours. Services that have been utilized or altered after delivery do not qualify for a refund or replacement. If we are unable to correct or replace the defective service, we will process a refund for the amount paid. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds if the service does not meet your preferences after delivery or if an order was placed based on a misunderstanding of the service’s scope or functionality. All costs associated with returning the service or related disputes will be borne by the customer. We strongly encourage all customers to review the service during the delivery or implementation process and report any issues to our customer care team immediately.
Online Payment:
The amount refunded will match the amount received from our online payment gateway partner. Any deductions or fees incurred before the payment reaches us will be the customer’s responsibility. Payments received for services purchased are subject to the refund policy of our payment gateway provider, Razorpay. A valid receipt, either physical or digital, must be presented when requesting a refund.
Dual Payment:
In cases of dual payment, complete documentation proving the dual payment must be provided either in hard copy or via email.
Digital Services (e.g., SEO, Digital Marketing):
Orders for digital services, once placed, cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. We advise you to double-check your order details before making payment. If payment has been made, but the service was not initiated or delivered within 24 hours, please contact our support team with all relevant information, including the service type, order number, amount paid, and any other pertinent details. Additional information may be requested to verify the claim.
After verification, if the claim is valid, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date the claim was first reported. In cases where the payment was made, but the service request was invalid due to errors, the amount will be credited to your account balance or wallet for future use. Please verify service details and specifications before making a purchase, as we will not be held responsible for discrepancies in service offerings.
